Cessna 172 SP
The Cessna 172 has been used to train hundred’s of thousands of pilots – over 43,000 Cessna 172 airframes have taken to the skies since 1955! It’s simple design and forgiving traits allow new pilot’s to experience all phases of flight! Three of Cooking Lake Aviation’s 172’s are equipped with next generation G1000’s. The G1000 includes two 10.4 inch, high-resolution liquid crystal color displays, one functioning as a Primary Flight Display and the other as an Multi-Function Display.
Piper PA44-180
Our twin engine trainer, the PA44-180 is a common multi-engine and instrument rating trainer. What distinguishes Cooking Lake’s twin from other schools is the state of the art avionics package. All displays and instruments are digital, incorporating a G500, Aspen Avionics backup display & two CGR-30P engine instrument displays! Please see the display below for more information!
